Our Goals for 2026

After the incredible success of the inaugural Emerald Benefit — which raised over $15,000 for celiac disease research — we are excited to expand the event even further in 2026. This year, our goal is to raise $50,000 for the Celiac Disease Foundation and welcome 200 attendees from across the Madison community. By bringing together individuals with celiac disease, researchers, healthcare professionals, local businesses, and supporters, we hope to grow this event into a powerful annual gathering that advances research, raises awareness, and strengthens the gluten-free community.
